• Shipping Estimates: Shipping timelines are estimates only. Free shipping typically takes 3-6 business days; Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, policy violations, or if we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
• Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
